Cranberry Pomegranate Sangria

Nothing ties together a party better than a signature drink. I swear,  coming up with festive drinks for the Holidays is fun and always a great conversation piece with guests. I'm all about sangria this year and this year's Thanksgiving drink is just that: Cranberry Pomegranate Sangria.

With a heavy meal like Thanksgiving, I chose a red wine based sangria with Cranberry (because they are one of my favorite turkey day recipes), Pomegranate, and Orange. The flavors all complemented each other perfectly and I can't wait to share it with our guests on Thursday. Hope you and yours enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  1. 1 Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon

  2. 3/4 cup Brandy

  3. 1 Cup Pomegranate Juice

  4. 1 Cup Orange Juice

  5. 1 Cup Cranberries

  6. 1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds

  7. 1 Sliced Orange

  8. 1/2 Cup ginger ale (when served)

  9. Ice

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine wine, brandy, pomegranate juice, orange juice, orange, pomegranate seeds, cranberries, and orange. Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour.

  2. When you serve add ice and mix in ginger ale and enjoy!
