Up until last week Indy was starting to feel a bit more like Fall. Naturally, I full jumped on board and got out all of my Fall staples. From sweaters to booties and long-sleeved dresses like this one (on sale for under $50), I was ready. Fast forward a week and it's still 80+ degrees, and it's expected to stay that way untilWednesday.

Despite the Summer weather that won't seem to go away, i've put together the sweetest "start of Fall" look. This dress pulls out the perfect hues for Fall, and has the sweetest sleeve detailing. Plus, it's perfect for all you #BossBabes to wear to work too! With the temps still a bit high, I paired this dress with a simple summer sandal. However, once it finally cools down just a bit more you could swap them out for OTK boots or a classic bootie.
