Limoncello Prosecco

Is it the weekend yet? Whew. With moving and a new job it has been quite the week. So, naturally I chose to whip up this delicious, yet simple, cocktail to make the transition just a little bit easier. Let me preface this by saying i've never made this drink before, but holy cow it's SO good. 

Limoncello is by far one of my absolute favorite liqueurs. I just adore its semi-fruity taste! And adding some Prosecco to it make it just a big tall glass of sparkling lemon goodness. The best part? It can be whipped up in a just a few minutes making it the perfect after-work drink for the girl (or guy) on-the-go.

I suggest adding just a touch of theliqueur to your drink for starters and increasing it if you want a little extra umph. Here's how I made mine:
